DRAW YOUR PLANS
Sketch out your kitchen so we can get a better understanding of the space you're working with your counter tops sizes.
Don't forget to include countertop thickness. Most counters are 1.5" thick. Some wood countertops, like end grain, will need to be thicker.
Wood Species
Maple
Woodworkers and furniture aficionados like maple for its light, creamy color, smooth grain pattern, and impressive durability.

Grain Type
Edge Grain
Edge grain is our most popular choice of countertop style. The narrower boards create a strong joint and provide a classic look, perfect for any home design.
Face Grain
Face grain exposes beautiful wood grain patterns that create a rustic look. The wider boards make a stunning statement. Face grain typically requires thicker boards for stability.
End Grain
The choice for any professional chef, end grain countertops are bold and beautiful. This style is very labor-intensive and requires thicker boards. End grain can cost quite a bit more because of this.
Grain Explained
Edge Style
Eased
Our most popular style, the eased edge is a classic style fit for any home design.
Rounded Edge
For a softer feel, the rounded edge provides a gentle taper from top to side.
Hand Sanded
Like the name implies, we simply hand sand the sharp edge of the counter top.
Ogee
For those who fancy more intricate details, the ogee edge might be for you.
Finish Styles
Oil Finish
Our special oil formula is perfect for cutting and food prep areas. It absorbs into the wood, conditioning it to repel moisture. Easy to reapply as often as needed without sanding, this no-hassle finish keeps the wood looking fresh in functional kitchens and provides a matte finish.
Polyurethane
Polyurethane gets a bad reputation. We have done extensive testing and research and found what we believe to be the most durable sealing finish available. This finish will best maintain its factory finished look and is ideal for high traffic areas.
